Jitney – “… "bus which carries passengers for a fare," 1915, short for jitney bus (1906), American English, from gitney, jetney (n.), said in a 1903 newspaper article to be a St. Louis slang for any small coin, especially "a nickel," (the buses' fare typically was a nickel), the coin name attested or suggested by 1898, probably via New Orleans from French jeton "coin-sized metal disk, slug, counter"…” (source: etymonline.com)

What does "be careful" mean? Who, what do we pay attention to? With what aims? How can this attention be positive, caring? How is it not always and why? What do we think of curiosity, discretion, seduction...? What place does respect take in the relationship with others and the world? What do we think about fidelity, loyalty, in the different fields where it can intervene (friendship, love, ideas, profession...)? What about our degree of tolerance - or intolerance - towards what surrounds us and whose values, behaviours, ideas, etc. we share or do not share? How is the digital world transforming the nature of our attention to things and people? With what present and future effects?... (to be completed)
